More efficient attendance and payroll: the Třebíč company Domy D.N.E.S. was helped by ANeT.
The digitalization of administrative processes has brought significant savings and increased efficiency to the company Domy DNES. The introduction of the ANeT attendance system accelerated payroll processing, reduced errors, and offered clear, real-time attendance data.
The Třebíč-based company Domy DNES has been building wooden houses across the Czech Republic for over 20 years. More than 350 families have found their homes thanks to the company, which has grown to become one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of these types of buildings in the country. Domy DNES specializes in diffusion-open panel wooden houses. Their motto is: "We care about the quality of work and an individual approach to the wishes of our clients." This became the ANeT system, thanks to which the Třebíč company was able to automatically process all payroll documentation. The system was developed by the Brno-based company ANeT-Advanced Network Technology, which has been part of Asseco Solutions since 2022. In addition to the system, the company also develops attendance terminals, with the entire comprehensive system complying with Czech and Slovak legislation. The attendance terminals are also used in Třebíč, where they record data on the individual entries and exits of all employees for Domy D.N.E.S.

Efficiency and Savings
ANeT has been used in Třebíč for two years now, and users cannot praise it enough, having completed the installation within just a few days. The system is very intuitive, so after its implementation, only a few practical online trainings were needed, and Domy D.N.E.S. could fully utilize its features.
They consider shift modeling a significant advantage. The system can tailor shift models for each employee.
"Everything is predefined, and the system calculates everything automatically. Thanks to this, we have real-time oversight of employee attendance. Many processes have been automated, resulting in increased productivity and efficiency," adds Tesař.
Additionally, the administrative workload was reduced, and errors noticeably decreased. Time previously spent on manual data processing in the company was also saved.
Clear overview at a single click
According to Petra Doležalová, assistant to the director and one of the company employees most in contact with the system, ANeT is primarily used for shift planning and attendance tracking.
“Thanks to the system, calculating overtime hours and vacation has definitely become more efficient. Now it’s clear and everyone can check at a single click how much they have left or are missing. Additionally, thanks to the ANeT system, we save practically 100% of the time we used to spend in the payroll office,” describes Doležalová.
