Modern and clear meal service

The ANeT-Menu catering system replaces various methods of selling and dispensing meals and complementary products and enables their modern cashless payment through identification media such as chip or magnetic cards. Payments can be made by deduction from a meal account, wage deduction, bank transfer, or cash, providing convenience for employees and efficient management of the entire process for companies.

Description of the ANeT Menu system

Meal ordering

Diners can order meals for the next day or several days in advance through a touchscreen ordering terminal. The system allows setting up to seven different distribution points and easily adjusting the screen layout and color settings. Orders can be modified or canceled up to the deadline, and thanks to the meal exchange feature, diners can offer already ordered meals for purchase by other persons even after the deadline.

Web interface

Thanks to the web interface, diners can order meals directly from their devices using a web browser. The interface includes features such as a meal exchange, transaction preview, and current account balance display, as well as the option to order from different distribution points. System administrators can generate menus, export reports in various formats, and manage user access. The web interface is fully responsive, making it convenient to use on mobile devices as well.

Display of the daily meal menu on LCD panels

The system allows clear display of the meal menu on a large fifty-inch LCD panel. The displayed items can be easily edited from the kitchen workstation, and advertising photos or texts can be inserted between menu pages. The way items are displayed can be fully customized according to the system buyer’s requirements.

Meal distribution

Meal distribution takes place through a distribution terminal, which displays the prepared meal for collection after the diner’s ID card is read. The stainless steel terminal is designed for maximum rapid distribution and allows serving multiple types of meals at once. The operator confirms the meal collection by pressing a button or using a pedal, or a time delay can be set between individual diners, allowing automatic distribution without confirmation.
