Month plan

The most important part of the application is the module where shifts, on-call duties, absences, and employee unavailability can be planned in one place. The module allows monitoring of the fulfillment of the working time fund, compliance with the Labor Code, and tracking whether employees have reviewed the shift schedule, including recording their change requests. It also enables tracking of the actual state. The scheduler works with up to six rows per employee, allowing simultaneous recording of shifts, absences, and on-call duties. The module offers switching between monthly, weekly, three-day, and daily views and provides all essential attendance system data, such as working time fund, balance, and vacation entitlement, with calculations automatically synchronized with scheduled shifts.

Automatic planning

The ANeT-PlanPlus-Auto product enables comprehensive automatic planning of shifts, absences, on-call duties, and unavailability within an organizational unit. The system assigns shifts from a daily template to employees based on a defined strategy, taking into account scheduled unavailability. The shift fixation feature allows selected shifts to remain unchanged. Automatic planning can be run repeatedly, results can be reviewed, and strategies and planning periods can be adjusted. Strategies can be broadly defined with configurable priorities for individual conditions. Due to its complexity, the module is always deployed at the client as a project.

Shift templates

In the application window, the so-called daily template is displayed, which is always synchronized with the planned shifts, so each occupied daily template corresponds to a specific scheduled shift. Each shift in the daily template is assigned to a category, has a set start and end time, and is marked with a status – occupied or unoccupied. Occupied templates are highlighted in green, and the name of the employee covering the template is displayed.
