How it works?

When speaking with our customer support representative by phone, you will be directed to this page. Click the TeamViewer logo to download and launch the TeamViewer Quick Support application. Once started, the program connects to TeamViewer servers and generates your unique “ID” and password, which you provide to the support representative. Using these credentials, the representative connects to your computer desktop to start the remote support session.

With your permission, the support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
You remain in full control of your computer at all times. You can take over the mouse or keyboard whenever you wish and end the remote session at any moment.
